I’m Silvia Herrera, a designer and design leader based in Los Angeles, currently Design Manager at Findigs. Over the past decade, I’ve worked across design agencies and high-growth startups, shaping products, brands, and the teams that build them. My work spans product strategy, brand identity, and marketing, always with a focus on creating cohesive, end-to-end experiences that work for both the business and the people using them.
I see design as the full experience—end to end. I move fluidly between product strategy, brand expression, and the marketing touchpoints that connect the two, because none of them exist in isolation. My focus is on how every decision—whether in a feature, a headline, or a visual system—shapes the way people experience a product and a brand.
I enjoy navigating messy problems in the product space, untangling complexity, and finding the right balance between business goals and human needs. I think in connections—how one decision impacts another, how disciplines overlap, and how it all comes together in a way that works seamlessly.
For me, that’s the fun of design—diving in, figuring it out, and making it better than it was before. It’s not just about making something look good; it’s about building something that works beautifully, tells a clear story, and feels effortless to the people using it.
